CY SF-DGL Digital Flexo Plates
• Superior printing quality with sharper images, more open intermediate depths, finer highlight dots, and less dot gain, i.e. larger range of tonal values therefore improved contrast.
• Increased productivity and data transfer without loss of quality due to digital workflow.
• Consistency in quality when repeating plate processing.
• Cost-effective and more environmentally friendly in processing, as no film is required.

3. Suitable for all water-based and alcohol-based printing inks. (ethyl acetate content preferably below 15%, ketone content preferably below 5%, not designed for solvent or UV inks) Alcohol-based ink can be treated as water ink. All the Flexo plates in the market are not comparable with solvent ink, they can use but it is their(customers’) risk. For UV Ink, so far all of our plates cannot work with UV inks, but some customers use it and get good results it doesn’t mean others can get the same result. We are now researching a new type of Flexo plate it is working with UV ink.
4. Regarding the resistance are all Flexo plates to the ozone, CY suggested taking off this info, because it may cause confusion and trouble. The ozone is very harmful to the plate, so we strongly suggest the customer use and store the plate in an ozone-free environment.
