Ann Arbor, Michigan. From Monday, December 19 to January 4, the population of Ann Arbor dropped by tens of thousands due to winter break at the University of Michigan.
This means more space at popular student centers South University Avenue and State Street. Dining halls filled with students for the fall semester will now have a few weeks of respite.
